About the Job Description:
- Provide leadership and guidance to a team of claims representatives, overseeing coverage analyses, insured responses, and covered payments.
- Develop, implement, and monitor procedures, guidelines, and controls to ensure efficient and effective claims handling.
- Collaborate with underwriting and client management teams to assess, clarify, and resolve client requests and needs.
About the Requirements:
- You have a Bachelor's degree in law, business, or finance, with a minimum of 10 years of practical general claims experience, including several years leading a team.
- You possess excellent technical knowledge and understanding of the commercial Property and Casualty insurance and reinsurance business in North America.
- You are a well-developed strategic thinker with strong analytical and negotiation skills, motivated and highly organized with strong communication and time management skills.
