Our Approach

We know excellent financial planners out there, wishing they could do more for the clients in their care. Ever look at 300+ client families with only 365 days in a year, and wonder how to efficiently allocate your time? How can quality relationships, comprehensive and client-unique financial plans be established when time is finite? Capacity is the issue, and we ensure that our clients are never spread thin. Our practice has the technology, business systems, and people in place to ensure client needs are always exceeded. We build meaningful relationships because we have the time and capacity to do so.

The Associate Advisor Role

The Associate Advisor role is perfect for someone who is passionate about the financial planning process and excited at the thought of building relationships. They will have current experience within an existing financial planning environment. This person will be comfortable "saying hi" in any environment and feel at home in networking situations.

Your Responsibilities

  • Build, maintain, and deliver comprehensive financial plans for our clients
  • Identify opportunities to serve existing clients, and approach new clients
  • Design and implement business development strategies to grow the client base
  • Gather information from clients to prepare plans/proposals
  • Build relationships with clients both independently and alongside the senior advisor

Requirements

  • Securities licensed
  • LLQP certification (or willing to obtain)
  • CFP designation (or willing to obtain)
  • Minimum 5 years of financial planning experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong computer skills
  • Interact professionally yet comfortably with clients
