Job Title: Corporate Finance Advisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Finance Advisor to join our team in Calgary. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing financial advice to our clients, including corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, and capital markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Modeling and Analysis: Develop and maintain complex financial models and analysis to support corporate finance transactions.
  • Financial Statement Preparation: Assist in the preparation of financial statements and other financial documents, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Client Presentations: Assist in the preparation of presentations for clients, including financial data and analysis.
  • Due Diligence: Assist in the preparation of due diligence materials, including financial data and analysis.
  • Transaction Negotiation: Assist in the negotiation of terms and conditions of transactions, including financial agreements and contracts.
  • Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation of financial reports, including financial statements and other financial documents.
  • Business Planning: Assist in the preparation of business plans, including financial projections and other financial analysis.
  • Regulatory Filings: Assist in the preparation of documents for regulatory filings, including financial statements and other financial documents.
  • Debt and Equity Financings: Assist in the preparation of documents for debt and equity financings, including financial statements and other financial documents.
  • Mergers and Acquisitions: Assist in the preparation of documents for mergers and acquisitions, including financial statements and other financial documents.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, or related field.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and presentation skills, and proficiency in financial modeling and analysis software.
