Senior Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Operations Manager to join our team at Shefield Express #4. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our store, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities- Staff Management: Manage a team of 3-4 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure they are meeting their performance goals.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to determine consumer demand and stay ahead of competitors.
- Merchandise and Services: Determine the merchandise and services to be sold, ensuring that they meet the needs of our customers.
- Price and Credits Policies: Implement price and credits policies to ensure that our customers receive fair and competitive pricing.
- Staffing Requirements: Determine staffing requirements to ensure that our store is adequately staffed to meet customer demand.
- Issue Resolution: Resolve any issues that may arise, including customer complaints and supply shortages.
- Staff Recruitment and Supervision: Recruit, hire, and supervise staff members to ensure that they are meeting their performance goals.
- Efficiency: Demonstrate efficiency in all aspects of your work, including staff management and market research.
- Integrity: Maintain the highest level of integrity in all your interactions with staff, customers, and suppliers.
