Job Title: Site Acquisition Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Site Acquisition Specialist to join our team at Scott Land Ltd. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a top acquisition team and contribute to the success of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Negotiate land acquisition agreements with landowners, ensuring timely and cost-effective completion of projects.
  • Conduct site assessments to identify potential risks and opportunities for new telecommunication sites.
  • Collaborate with project managers to develop and implement site acquisition strategies.
  • Review local land use policies to ensure compliance with municipal regulations.
  • Prepare and present information packages to stakeholders, including leasing and land use viability reports.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in real estate, outside sales, or a related field.
  • Negotiation skills and ability to build strong relationships with landowners.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work efficiently, both independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver's license, with occasional travel required for site visits.
  • Undergraduate degree or college diploma, with real estate license considered an asset.
