Our mission is to position midwives as primary care providers and support them in delivering the highest level of perinatal and sexual health care.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support for all departmental committees, including provincial contract negotiation meetings.
  • Draft complex messages and documentation for review and approval on behalf of the Strategic Officer.
  • Facilitate communication between the Executive Team and internal/external stakeholders.
Key Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of progressive administrative experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Advanced computer software skills in Microsoft Office suite.
