Electronics Sales Associate

About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Electronics Sales Associate to join our team at OSL Retail Services. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth in our Electronics department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide customers with product demonstrations, comparisons, and sales
- Offer personalized shopping experiences, ensuring customers find the best electronics solutions for their needs
- Proactively set up and maintain product merchandising displays
- Process customer purchases, returns, exchanges, and service requests
- Meet or exceed sales goals and targets
- Assist customers with questions and ensure they feel confident with their purchases
- Lead by example and foster a team-oriented environment
- Act with professionalism and integrity
Requirements:
- Ability to lift 30-50 pounds
- Ability to stand/walk for extensive periods
