Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at the Winnipeg Airport. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and selling products to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide First Class Service to internal and external customers
  • Sell products to customers and meet sales targets
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalency required
  • Minimum one year of retail or customer service experience preferred
  • Ability to work various shifts in a 7/365 team-oriented environment
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively
  • Self-starter able to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Working Conditions:

  • Work in a retail environment with frequent customer interactions
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for long periods
  • Work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
