Job Title: Physiotherapist

Boundary Community Care is seeking a skilled Physiotherapist to join our team in Grand Forks, B.C. This is a permanent, part-time (0.41 FTE) position with a schedule that includes a 0.21 FTE community-based component for a total FTE of 0.62.

As a Physiotherapist in Home and Community Care, you will play a pivotal role within multidisciplinary rehabilitation teams, delivering comprehensive physiotherapy services aimed at promoting functional independence and optimal health outcomes for clients.

You will conduct thorough assessments, develop personalized treatment plans, and provide education to clients and caregivers. Additionally, you will contribute to organizational goals, participate in quality assurance initiatives and research, and provide direction to Rehabilitation Assistants, ensuring seamless coordination and delivery of care within the Rehabilitation team.
