About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to develop personalized treatment plans

  • Work collaboratively with the rehabilitation team to ensure seamless coordination and delivery of care
  • Provide direction to rehabilitation assistants to ensure effective care delivery
  • Contribute to quality assurance initiatives, research endeavors, and educational opportunities
