Job Title: Service Delivery Manager

At ADP, we are seeking a highly skilled Service Delivery Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Professional Advisory Services team, you will be responsible for leading a team of Human Capital Management (HCM) specialists and ensuring the successful execution of Professional Services engagements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of HCM specialists to deliver high-quality services to clients.
  • Develop and implement effective project management strategies to ensure timely and within-budget project delivery.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure excellent levels of client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Develop and manage project budgets and resource plans.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in project management and team leadership.
  • Strong knowledge of HCM and payroll processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
