* 1 to 2 years of experience in flat roofing
* Aerial lift and aerial work platform Certification
* Rough terrain forklift training

* Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) Certificate
* Fall Arrest Protection Training Course
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle heavy loads
* Excellent oral communication and teamwork skills
