Job Title: Flat Roofer

We are seeking a skilled Flat Roofer to join our team at Atlas-Apex Roofing Inc. as a key member of our roofing crew.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining flat roofs on various commercial and industrial sites. This is a permanent, full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install, repair, and maintain flat roofs on commercial and industrial sites
  • Work at heights, in noisy, dusty, and outdoors environments
  • Collaborate with a team of 1-2 people to complete tasks efficiently
  • Hold certifications in Aerial Lift and Aerial Work Platform, Rough Terrain Forklift Training, Working at Heights Training, Occupational Health and Safety, First Aid, Propane in Construction Record of Training, and WHMIS
  • Transport to various job sites using own vehicle
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, handling heavy loads, and working under pressure
  • Meet physical demands of the job, including bending, crouching, kneeling, and lifting up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
Requirements:
  • 1-7 months of experience in the roofing industry
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required
  • Excellent oral communication skills and team player
