Job Title: Flat Roofer

We are seeking a skilled Flat Roofer to join our team at Atlas-Apex Roofing Inc. As a Flat Roofer, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining flat roofs on various commercial and industrial buildings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install, repair, and maintain flat roofs using various materials and techniques.
  • Work at heights, in noisy and dusty environments, and outdoors in various weather conditions.
  • Operate aerial lifts and other equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with other team members to complete projects on time and to a high standard.
  • Ensure all work is done in accordance with safety protocols and regulations.
Requirements:
  • 1-7 months of experience in roofing or a related field.
  • Aerial lift and aerial work platform Certification.
  • Rough terrain forklift training.
  • Working at heights training.
  • Occupational Health and Safety Certificate.
  • First Aid Certificate.
  • Propane in Construction Record of Training.
  • Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) Certificate.
  • Fall Arrest Protection Training Course.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Conventional and inverted built-up system experience.
  • Modified roofing system experience.
  • Single ply sheet membrane roofing system experience.
