Food Service Manager

Canada Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet customer demand.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, providing guidance and training as needed.
- Develop and maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety.
- Manage inventory, ordering, and stock control to minimize waste and optimize resources.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to plan and execute menu development, specials, and promotions.
- Monitor and address customer complaints, providing exceptional customer service.
- Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and staff performance.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service environment.
- Permanent position, 35-40 hours per week.
- English language proficiency.
Fast-paced restaurant environment with tight deadlines and a physically demanding workload.
Personal Suitability:- Client focus and excellent communication skills.
- Efficient interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
