Receptionist Coordinator

MANN ROOFING LTD is seeking a skilled Receptionist to join our team. As a key member of our front office, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing incoming calls, and performing various administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Greet visitors, respond to phone inquiries, and provide information to clients in a professional and courteous manner.
- Switchboard Operations: Operate the switchboard, answer calls, and direct them to the appropriate personnel or departments.
- Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule appointments, confirm meetings, and arrange teleconferences as needed.
- Clerical Duties: Perform various administrative tasks, including filing, sorting, and distributing mail, as well as maintaining accurate records.
- Security and Safety: Ensure a secure and safe working environment by adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: Will train.
- Work Conditions: Fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks.
- Personal Suitability: Excellent interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a team environment.
- Work Term: Permanent.
- Work Language: English.
- Hours: 40 hours per week.
