Receptionist Coordinator

MANN ROOFING LTD is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team. As a key member of our front office, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing incoming calls, and ensuring a smooth day-to-day operation.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Greet visitors, respond to phone calls, and provide information to clients in a professional and courteous manner.
- Switchboard Operations: Answer and direct calls, take messages, and ensure that all calls are handled efficiently.
- Scheduling: Coordinate appointments, meetings, and events, and maintain accurate records.
- Clerical Duties: Perform various administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and mail distribution.
- Communication: Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, colleagues, and management.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: Will train.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in basic bookkeeping tasks.
