Receptionist Coordinator

MANN ROOFING LTD is seeking a skilled Receptionist to join our team. As a key member of our front office, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing incoming calls, and performing various administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Greet visitors, respond to phone calls, and provide information to clients in a professional and courteous manner.
- Switchboard Operations: Operate the switchboard, answer calls, and direct them to the appropriate personnel or departments.
- Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule appointments, confirm meetings, and arrange teleconferences as needed.
- Clerical Duties: Perform filing, sorting, and distributing mail, as well as other administrative tasks to support the team.
- Security and Safety: Maintain basic security clearance and adhere to company safety protocols.
- Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks, requiring attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Personal Qualities: Efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication, flexibility, organization, reliability, and teamwork.
- Experience: Willingness to train and adapt to the company's procedures.
40 hours per week, with a permanent employment contract.
Language of work: English.
