Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate Quotation Activities: Coordinate and verify all quotation activities to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Develop Customer Pricing: Develop customer pricing from supplied cost information, ensuring alignment with company standards.
  • Manage Quote Development: Manage development of new quotes activities, including compilation of customer pricing and on-time submission to customers.
Requirements:
  • Education: Post-secondary education in business administration, marketing, or a technical discipline such as engineering.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of work experience with preparing quotes in the automotive industry, maintenance of ERP system, and working knowledge of e-commerce systems.
  • Skills: Excellent communication skills, strong mathematical skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, and ability to adapt to changing audiences.
