**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Operations Manager to join our team at Big Ben's Fish and Chips Inc.

This is a full-time position that involves overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that all aspects of food preparation and presentation meet our high standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Lead and direct a team of kitchen staff, including cooks, dishwashers, and servers, to ensure seamless food preparation and delivery.
  • Train and Develop Staff: Provide on-the-job training and guidance to help staff develop their skills and knowledge, ensuring they meet the required standards for quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Inventory Management: Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure accurate stock levels, ordering supplies as needed, and maintaining optimal storage conditions.
  • Quality Control: Implement and maintain strict quality control measures to guarantee that all food meets our high standards of taste, presentation, and safety.
  • Sales Reporting: Prepare and submit detailed reports on sales performance, menu item popularity, and customer feedback to inform business decisions.
  • Staff Supervision: Hire, train, and evaluate staff members to ensure they meet our company's expectations and standards.
  • Customer Service: Respond promptly and professionally to customer complaints or concerns, resolving issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
Requirements:
  • Education: College diploma or equivalent in Hospitality, Culinary Arts, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a senior leadership role in the food service industry.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills; ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
