Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

ZMP FOOD INC. is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to oversee the daily operations of our food service department. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising staff, coordinating activities, and ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food.
  • Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
  • Inventory Management: Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit reports on a regular basis.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Schedule: 35 to 40 hours per week.
