Job Summary

ZMP FOOD INC. is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our food service department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, providing guidance and training as needed.
  • Food Quality and Safety: Ensure that food meets quality control standards, and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Inventory and Scheduling: Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and establish work schedules to meet business needs.
  • Reporting and Communication: Prepare and submit reports, and communicate effectively with staff and management.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
