Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Automotive Service Technician to join our team at Oakville Mitsubishi. As a key member of our service department, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional vehicle maintenance and repair services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect and test mechanical units to identify faults and malfunctions
  • Review work orders and estimate parts and labor costs
  • Adjust, repair, or replace parts and components of automotive systems
  • Test and adjust repaired systems to manufacturer's specifications
  • Provide excellent customer service and advise customers on work performed and future repair requirements
  • Complete reports to record problems and work performed
  • Coach and instruct apprentices
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in the automotive service industry
  • Automotive Service Technician Trade Certification
  • Fast-paced environment
  • Hand-eye coordination
  • Attention to detail
  • Manual dexterity
  • Standing for extended periods

Our service department is a fast-paced environment where you will be working with a variety of automotive systems and technologies. You must be able to work independently and as part of a team to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
