Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Automotive Service Technician to join our team at Oakville Mitsubishi. As a key member of our service department, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and repair work on all makes and models of vehicles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect and test mechanical units to identify faults and malfunctions
  • Review work orders and estimate parts and labor costs for vehicle maintenance and repairs
  • Adjust, repair, or replace parts and components of automotive systems
  • Test and adjust repaired systems to manufacturer specifications
  • Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with customers
  • Complete reports to record problems and work performed
  • Coach and instruct apprentices as needed
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in the automotive service industry
  • Automotive Service Technician Trade Certification
  • Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
