Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Gas Fitter to join our team at AG MECHANICAL LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, servicing, and repairing gas heating units and their components, as well as advising clients on standards, safety features, and maintenance of gas units and systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install gas heating units and their components
  • Measure and mark reference points for installation of gas lines and equipment
  • Service gas heating units and their components
  • Repair and service gas appliances and related equipment
  • Advise clients regarding standards, safety features, and maintenance of gas units and systems
  • Test and adjust control mechanisms and check pipes and piping connections for gas leaks using gas detecting devices
  • Install and service propane and natural gas filling stations
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a variety of locations, including commercial and residential settings. The work will be physically demanding, requiring the ability to bend, crouch, and kneel. The work term is permanent, and the work language is English. The hours of work are 40 hours per week.
