Restaurant Operations Manager

At CANADA INC O/A 10 BUCK PIZZA, we are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of food service staff.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Team Management: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Operations and Logistics: Establish methods to meet work schedules, estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, and prepare budget and cost estimates.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns and ensure that customers receive exceptional service.
- Record Keeping: Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and prepare and submit reports.
- Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years.
- Work Term: Permanent.
- Work Language: English.
- Hours: 32 to 35 hours per week.
