Warehouse Technician I Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Technician I to join our team at All Weather Windows. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for receiving and organizing product, investigating discrepancies, and ensuring all parts are in stock.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and organize all incoming screen packages, carefully reviewing each delivery to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or inconsistencies in order information.
  • Track down missing screens, request cut lists for incorrect sizes, and collaborate with line supervisors to correct any manual errors before the order heads out to the customer.
  • Keep parts inventory up to date, handle transfers, and ensure everything stays fully stocked.
  • Assist walk-in customers by providing them with the parts they need efficiently.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma required.
  • Experience with computers and ERP systems is a plus.
  • Background in parts management is a bonus.
  • Familiarity with building or manufacturing is an asset.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Exceptional organizational skills.
  • Warehousing experience preferred.
