Job Summary
We're seeking a skilled Warehouse Technician I to join our Edmonton Service department. As a key member of our production team, you'll be responsible for receiving and organizing product, investigating discrepancies, and ensuring accurate inventory levels.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and organize incoming screen packages, reviewing each delivery for accuracy and completeness.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies in order information.
- Track down missing screens, request cut lists for incorrect sizes, and collaborate with line supervisors to correct manual errors.
- Keep parts inventory up to date, handle transfers, and ensure everything stays fully stocked.
- Assist walk-in customers by providing them with the parts they need efficiently.
Requirements
- High School Diploma required.
- Experience with computers and ERP systems is a plus.
- Background in parts management is a bonus.
- Familiarity with building or manufacturing is an asset.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Exceptional organizational skills.
- Warehousing experience preferred.
