About the Role

H&M Group is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and contributing to a positive and inclusive store environment.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, staying up-to-date on the latest fashion trends and H&M Group's product offerings.
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive store environment, working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales and customer service goals.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card payments, and returns.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays, ensuring a visually appealing and engaging store environment.
  • Support store operations, including receiving and processing shipments, maintaining inventory levels, and performing opening and closing duties.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 20 pounds and stand for long periods.
