About the Role

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, including fashion trends, styles, and H&M Group's brand offerings
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive store environment, promoting a culture of respect and teamwork
  • Support store operations, including visual merchandising, inventory management, and sales floor maintenance
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and meet customer needs
