Job Title: Construction Site Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and reliable Construction Site Supervisor to join our team at A.A.G Services (construction & renovation) LTD.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare production and other reports to ensure accurate tracking of project progress.
  • Supervise workers and projects to ensure timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
  • Coordinate and schedule activities to optimize resource allocation and minimize delays.
  • Oversee apprenticeship training to develop the skills of junior team members.
  • Recruit and hire workers and carry out related staffing actions to maintain a skilled and motivated team.
  • Train or arrange for training to ensure that all team members have the necessary skills to perform their duties effectively.
  • Operate CADD and other computer software systems to manage project data and communicate with stakeholders.
  • Set up machines and equipment to ensure efficient and safe operation.
  • Estimate costs and materials to ensure accurate budgeting and minimize waste.
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Recommend personnel actions to ensure that the team is working effectively and efficiently.
  • Read blueprints and drawings to understand project requirements and communicate with stakeholders.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies to ensure that the project has the necessary resources.
  • Lead and instruct individuals to ensure that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.Requirements:
    • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
    • Permanent employment with a 35-hour workweek.
    • English as the primary language of communication.
