Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Richibucto Food Services Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our food service staff, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including training and development.
  • Establish and maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and customer service.
  • Manage inventory, ordering, and stock control to ensure efficient operations.
  • Develop and implement effective work schedules and staffing plans.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and customer feedback.

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a food service environment.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.

Tasks:

  • Establish methods to meet work schedules.
  • Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food.
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
  • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation.
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns.
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Prepare and submit reports.
  • Supervise and check assembly of trays.
  • Establish work schedules.
