Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team at Richibucto Food Services inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a high level of food quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Performance Management
    • Conduct regular performance reviews with team members to identify areas for improvement and provide constructive feedback.
  • Inventory Management
    • Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
  • Health and Safety
    • Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed and maintained in the restaurant.
  • Supply Chain Management
    • Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies to ensure the best possible prices and quality.
  • Leadership and Training
    • Lead and instruct team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Customer Service
    • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Operations Management
    • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure the restaurant runs smoothly and efficiently.
Requirements
  • Education
    • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Working Conditions
  • Work Term
    • Permanent position.

    • English.

    • 40 hours per week.
