About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Pharmacy Manager to join our team at Safeway's Thunder Bay location. As a Pharmacy Manager, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing pharmacy team and delivering exceptional patient-centered care to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of pharmacists and support staff to deliver exceptional patient service standards and exceed customer expectations
  • Develop and implement business plans to drive sales, control labor, monitor margin, and control shrink
  • Manage the selection, onboarding, training, and development of pharmacy staff
  • Ensure all regulatory requirements and company policies are met
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from a recognized institution
  • Licensed Pharmacist in good standing in the province of responsibility
  • Minimum of 2 years experience as a licensed pharmacist
  • Kroll software experience preferred
Salary and Benefits

The salary range for this position is $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package, including medical and dental insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
