About the Role

We're seeking a seasoned UX Designer to elevate our team's capabilities in delivering exceptional digital experiences. As a Senior UX Designer at Evolving Web, you'll play a key role in shaping the future of digital experiences for prestigious organizations that impact the lives of tens of thousands of users every day.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the discovery and design phases of key projects, taking charge of the UX research and synthesis of findings.
  • Prepare and lead workshops to gather input and align diverse perspectives, ensuring that all stakeholders are on the same page.
  • Conduct in-depth UX research and refine designs based on user feedback, ensuring that our solutions meet the needs of our clients and their users.
  • Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to keep projects moving forward, providing input and feedback to other designers on your projects.
  • Represent Evolving Web as a subject matter expert to existing and potential clients by delivering pitches and contributing to writing proposals.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 8 years in UX design, ideally within a digital agency.
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects with ease, prioritizing tasks and managing your time effectively.
  • Expertise in UX research for institutional clients or projects with similar complexity, with experience in usability testing and design optimization.
  • Proficiency in English and French is a plus, but not required.
What We Offer
  • A hybrid work schedule, with three days in the office and two days working remotely each week, for candidates based in Montreal and its suburbs.
  • A fully remote position for those residing outside of Montreal and its surrounding areas.
