As a key member of the Paul Davis team, we are seeking an experienced Senior Project Director to lead our insurance claims management efforts. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of the insurance industry.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in project management, with experience in processing and managing insurance claims. They will be responsible for communicating effectively with department managers, generating scope of work, preparing and reviewing estimates, and maintaining budget files.

In addition to their technical expertise, the successful candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to work independently, manage projects, and lead teams. They will also have a strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and estimating platforms.

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires the ability to learn and operate new systems quickly, as well as a high level of stress management and composure. The successful candidate will be able to maintain confidentiality, follow company policies, and adhere to our values and mission.

Job Requirements:

  • Project management experience in the insurance industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies

Salary Range: $80,000 - $110,000 per year

Travel: Up to 75% travel required, including visits to franchise locations, training, and team meetings.
