Project Management Director

About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Management Director to join our team at Bravo Target Safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of project managers to oversee the deployment of safety personnel, equipment, and technology solutions to customer job sites.
- Supervise project management planning documents to ensure consistency across the company.
- Work closely with the Manager of Project Controls to ensure project margin targets are met.
- Develop and present project close-out reports to customers.
- Travel to Bravo Target facilities and customer sites to meet with customers and deliver presentations.
Requirements
- Post-secondary education in Business, Science, or Engineering.
- Minimum 10 years' experience working with Industrial Facility customers, preferably with safety personnel and equipment.
- Minimum 5 years' experience directing, leading, and coordinating people, equipment, and work processes.
- National Construction Safety Officer (NCSO) Designation is an asset.
