We are seeking a skilled Pension Administration Specialist to join our team at Aon in Montreal. As a key member of our pension administration group, you will be responsible for leading the operational performance for assigned clients and ensuring that all work is completed in a timely manner to a quality level consistent with plan sponsor and member expectations.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in defined benefit pension plan administration, experience in operations and coaching others, and excellent project management skills. You will also possess knowledge of MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and be fluent in both English and French.

This is a hybrid position, offering the flexibility to work both virtually and from our Montreal office. The ideal candidate will be able to manage strategy and planning for pension administration operations analysis resources, coordinate client operations, facilitate weekly operational meetings, and consult with clients on various matters.

In exchange for your expertise, we offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional growth and development.
