About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Baker to join our team at Fior Di Latte. As a key member of our bakery team, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of sweet and savory goods.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare dough for pies, bread, rolls, and sweet goods, as well as batters for muffins, cookies, and cakes, according to recipes or special customer orders.
  • Bake mixed dough and batters to perfection.
  • Prepare special orders and ensure that all products meet our high standards.
  • Frost and decorate cakes and baked goods with precision and creativity.
  • Draw up production schedules to ensure efficient use of time and resources.
  • Inspect kitchen and food service areas to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Operate machinery and equipment with confidence and skill.
  • Organize and maintain inventory to prevent waste and ensure availability of ingredients.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a bakery or related field.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow recipes and instructions.
  • Ability to lift heavy loads and stand for long periods.
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
