About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop Communication Strategies

Develop and implement effective communication strategies to engage with our target audience and promote our brand.

Assist in Marketing Materials Preparation

Assist in the preparation of marketing materials, including brochures, reports, newsletters, and other promotional materials.

Support Social and Labour Market Integration

Support the social and labour market integration of newcomers and refugees by facilitating access to community resources, language training, and skills training.

Provide Diversity and Cross-Cultural Training

Provide diversity and cross-cultural training to create a welcoming work environment for newcomers and refugees.

Support Veterans and Mature Workers

Provide awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for veterans and mature workers.

Requirements
  • Education

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Experience

1 year to less than 2 years of experience in marketing or a related field.

Skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective marketing strategies.

Computer and Technology Knowledge

Proficient in MS Office, MS Outlook, MS Windows, Adobe Photoshop, MS Access, MS Excel, and MS Word.

Working Conditions
  • Language of Work

English.

Hours of Work

30 to 40 hours per week.
