Are you a detail-oriented and organized individual with a passion for marketing? We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our team at CharityVillage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Chief Marketing Officer, including calendar management and scheduling.
  • Track meeting action items and ensure deadlines and approvals are met.
  • Coordinate with the Finance department to arrange timely payment of invoices and record expenses in the budget tracking document.
  • Coordinate with vendors to obtain estimates, quotes, and invoices, and coordinate internal approvals.
  • Monitor emails received to our main marketing inbox.
  • Liaise with the hospital's facilities staff to install and maintain physical and digital marketing assets across The Ottawa Hospital.
  • Restock marketing collateral and remove outdated materials from circulation.
  • Order swag, promotional items, and branded marketing materials.

Requirements:

  • Proficient organizational skills and ability to anticipate the needs of CMO and other managers.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to operate with autonomy.
  • Keen attention to detail and ability to verify and record information accurately.
  • Project management skills and ability to ensure all tasks are actioned.
  • Ability to learn new software and adapt to changes in priorities and timelines.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely and forge good working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
