Job Title: Hiking Guide

Join White Mountain Adventures as a Hiking Guide and embark on an exciting journey through the great outdoors. As a key member of our team, you will lead groups on thrilling hiking trips, sharing your knowledge and passion for nature with our clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead groups on outdoor hiking trips, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all participants.
  • Assemble and prepare camping gear and supplies, ensuring everything is in working order.
  • Prepare delicious meals for our clients, taking into account dietary restrictions and preferences.
  • Operate communication devices, including emergency equipment, to ensure seamless communication with our team and clients.
  • Set up and take down camps, ensuring a comfortable and safe environment for our clients.
  • Provide expert guidance on wilderness and wildlife instruction, sharing your knowledge and passion for nature.
  • Address client concerns and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements:
  • Wilderness First Aid Certificate
  • CPR Certificate
  • Valid driver's licence
  • Willingness to travel for extended periods
  • Ability to handle heavy loads and work in physically demanding environments
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced outdoor environment
