Job Summary

Strike Group is seeking a skilled CWB Structural Welder to join our team. As a key member of our fabrication and repair team, you will be responsible for welding structural components, ensuring high-quality results, and adhering to safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform welding tasks on structural components, including beams, channels, and plates
  • Ensure welds meet welding procedure specifications and drawing packages
  • Work safely outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve timely job completion
  • Monitor parts usage and report material issues
  • Participate in the Quality Control Program
  • Follow written and oral instructions from the Foreperson/Lead Hand

Requirements

  • SMAW & FCAW all-position welding tickets required
  • Experience with SMAW/FCAW in both shop and field settings
  • Apprentice or Journeyperson applicants will be considered
  • Ability to weld aluminum in both Spool Gun & Tig procedures considered an asset
  • Valid driver's license and clean driver's abstract
