Job Title: Light Duty Cleaner

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Light Duty Cleaner to join our team at Our North BNB and Rentals. As a Light Duty Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our properties, ensuring a comfortable and welcoming environment for our guests.

Responsibilities:
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors, dust furniture, vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture, and clean and disinfect elevators.
  • Housekeeping: Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, including picking up debris and emptying trash containers.
  • Facilities Maintenance: Provide basic information on facilities, wash windows, walls, and ceilings, and disinfect operating rooms and other areas.
Requirements:
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Will train.
  • Work Setting: Apartment/condominium complex, office building, various locations, commercial building, private residence, and restaurant.
  • Transportation/Travel Information: Public transportation is available.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work independently, fast-paced environment, repetitive tasks, physically demanding, attention to detail, bending, crouching, kneeling, and standing for extended periods.
  • Personal Suitability: Punctuality, client focus, dependability, flexibility, organized, and reliability.
  • Workplace Information: On the road job, free parking available, learning/training paid by employer, parking available, work term: permanent, work language: English, and hours: 38 to 40 hours per week.
