Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Janitorial Assistant to join our team at Mindanao General Contracting Services Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment in our facilities, including sweeping, mopping, and polishing floors, as well as dusting furniture and vacuuming carpets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors
  • Dust furniture and fixtures
  • Vacuum carpets, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture
  • Distribute clean towels and toiletries
  • Clean, disinfect, and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances
  • Disinfect operating rooms and other areas
  • Clean and disinfect elevators
  • Handle and report lost and found items
  • Attend to guests' requests for extra supplies or other items
  • Provide basic information on facilities
  • Pick up debris and empty trash containers
  • Wash windows, walls, and ceilings
  • Clean changing rooms and showers
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns
