Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Line Cook to join our team at Chicken Chef. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standards.

The successful candidate will have a strong attention to detail, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain high levels of productivity. You will also be required to plan menus and estimate food requirements for their realization, determine the size of food portions and costs, and prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances.

A strong knowledge of international cuisine is essential, as well as excellent organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure. The ideal candidate will be a team player with excellent communication skills and the ability to maintain a clean kitchen and work areas.

In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including health care plan and parking available. This is a permanent full-time position working 35-40 hours per week.
