Job Title: Line Cook

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our team at Chicken Chef. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods, as well as maintaining inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Determine the size of food portions and costs
  • Plan menus and estimate food requirements for their realization
  • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
  • Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances
  • Order supplies and equipment
  • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
  • Clean kitchen and work areas

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience

Work Environment:

This is a permanent position with 35 to 40 hours per week. We offer a health care plan and parking available.
