Key Responsibilities:
  • Operations Management: Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms to ensure accurate financial records.

  • Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe and healthy work environment for employees and customers.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, providing excellent customer service to maintain a positive reputation.
  • Team Leadership: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations, leading a team of 11-15 employees to achieve exceptional results.
  • Computer and Technology: Utilize electronic cash registers, MS Office, MS Outlook, and MS Windows to manage restaurant operations efficiently.
  • Work Conditions: Work in a fast-paced environment, managing tight deadlines, and maintaining a physically demanding schedule with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
  • Personal Suitability: Demonstrate accurate, client-focused, dependable, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication, flexibility, organized, reliability, and teamwork.
  • Experience: Possess 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of restaurant operations and management principles.
