Food Service Manager

At CANADA INC., we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet the demands of our food service operations.
- Requisition Food and Supplies: Source and procure high-quality food and kitchen supplies to meet our culinary needs.
- Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Lead and manage a team of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring excellent service and quality control.
- Train Staff: Provide comprehensive training to staff on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Estimate Ingredients and Supplies: Accurately estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet our high quality control standards.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports on food service operations.
- Culinary Knowledge: Possess knowledge of various culinary genres and be able to apply this knowledge in our kitchen.
As a Food Service Supervisor, you will work in a fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. You must be able to work under pressure and be physically demanding.
