Food Service Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Papa John's Pizza. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of food service staff and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities:- Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including training, scheduling, and performance management.
- Food Quality and Safety: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Operations: Establish work schedules, prepare budgets and cost estimates, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment, or equivalent experience.
- Certifications: First Aid Certificate.
This is a fast-paced environment that requires the ability to work under pressure and maintain a high level of productivity. The successful candidate will be required to stand for extended periods and walk frequently.

This position requires fluency in English.
Work Term:This is a permanent position.Hours:
